Debra brings a wealth of knowledge and personal expertise to design fitness and nutritional programs specific to the ballroom dancer. By combining flexibility, strength, cardio and conditioning elements, Debra tailors programs to each individual dancer to improve his or her dance performance. Her goal for you? Provide all the 'health and fitness tools' you need to take you onto the dance floor and beyond.

Training and nutrition for the competitive ballroom dancer

You wouldn't think of running a marathon without training for it. Ballroom dancing - especially at the competitive level - is no different. An athletic sport that relies on balance, power, speed, agility and grace, We provides group classes and one-on-one training to properly prepare for competition. You'll feel better, look better and perform better - no matter what level of dancer you are!

Group Classes

Low-impact aerobics designed to burn fat and sculpt a lean, sexy body. Keep moving and have fun (without crazy choreography) for a head-to-toe workout that combines strength, endurance and stretching. For both women and men!
